Refund Policy

Items that have a manufacturer defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or credit.

As the merchant, we will always be responsible for paying shipping fees for the following order-related reasons:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Didn't match description
  • Late delivery
  • Received wrong item

NOTE:  We have the right to substitute any item purchased with a similar item of equal or more value, if the item order is no longer available.  If that item is not to your satisfaction, we will always be responsible for paying for the shipping fees to return that said item.

The customer is always responsible for the return fees for the following order-related reasons:

  • Better price found
  • Changed mind
  • Does not fit
  • No longer needed
  • Ordered wrong item
  • Quality wasn't as expected
The minimum cost of returning a customer responsible order-related item is $8.95, depending on weight of the item returning, the cost could be more.
